Ordering a hijab online in India usually comes down to two practical questions: what the parcel costs to send, and whether cash on delivery is actually offered. This page is Zahéen’s answer for scarves. Shipping is a flat ₹120 on every order that leaves the shop. The fee is the same for one piece or for many in the same parcel, and it stays ₹120 as the order grows.
Cash on delivery is available at checkout. The payment choices on the order form are cash on delivery (COD), confirm on WhatsApp, and email enquire. A COD order is confirmed on WhatsApp or phone before dispatch. A WhatsApp order is checked the same way, against stock, before it leaves. You can write on WhatsApp if you would rather place or confirm the order in a conversation.
Once an order is confirmed, the dispatch line is: Dispatch in 2–4 working days after confirmation. Delivery typically 3–7 working days depending on city. Checkout collects a full address, city, and pincode so the parcel can be booked to you. The bag shows the same flat ₹120 on any order that has items in it.
Returns use the window already shown at checkout: 7 days from delivery, for unused items that still have their tags. Scarves should be unworn and in original condition.
